This girl likes you but she seems a bit shy, she prob has a lot to say to you in person but some girls don't want to sound stupid or are intimidated by guys they like so they speak less, I know this because I am the same way some times. You should do something to make her feel a little more comfortable in person, nothing over the top but to just show her that you like her and are interested and wants her to talk. She's shy. Try to put her at her ease, and try to talk to her on her own rather than in front of lots of other people. It's a good sign - she wants to make a good impression on you and is scared that she won't.
Maybe she's nervous. You're main goal should be to get the same conversations that you have on the phone in person. She might be slightly insecure about her appearance or a number of other things. Just be open with her and continue to show your interest and she'll open up in person too
Also, what the other women who posted said, if she's calling you so much she probably likes you, she's just nervous and is watching how she's acting in front of you.

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
Pick up lines are so cheesy. If I'm downtown I usually start by commenting on someone's outfit or asking them what they are up to for the night. If I'm in class or see someone during the day, I'll try to strike up a conversation by talking about something we both have in common, like class or something neutral.
