I completely agree with the guy , FLAWED. No one's perfect , but someone can be perfect for you. I want someone who's confident ( however not cocky )and respects me ,( because being nice is never enough) more importantly though I want them to be flawed .. . I don't want a perfect anything . . I just want him to be good to me ( perfect in my eyes)

Confident. The guy needs to have some confidence but not too much. and being funny is a really good bonus.
