I have been in class with this guy for about 2 months, and we hit it off after about a month. He shows me affection, and holds my hand and does all that cute little things that us women appreciate. We hung out whenever I got the chance and some free time. I got in trouble 3 years ago, and I am on house arrest until next year. So I came to find out that he had mentioned something to a girl in class about how summer break is coming up (2 weeks) and his buddies are going to be with his girls and he can't be with his, and he doesn't know how we are going to work out. So I took that as a sign to just let him know that I want to be friends, but I came out in the way that I didn't want him to feel like he was being tied down this summer because of my situation, and I think he might have taken me the wrong way, he slowed down on calling me back even when he promises to call. Just seems like he became distant. When I asked him what was going on , he said that I just wanted to be friends, and I explained to him that that's what I thought he wanted. I have asked him if he wanted more than a friendship and he said "I don't know". HELP! I really like this guy.
