It's really hard to say, depends on the guy... me for example, I just hang out with girls as friends and I don't have feelings for them at all... just friends. If I liked a girl, I would probably phone her every other day and ask her out on weekends and stuff...

Of course!! He is interested in you! If you really like that guy and he likes you, don't try to go easy on him, or else he will think you were too easy to get.

It depends on a lot of factors. How long have you known him, what's your background with the guy. That kind of stuff. just hang out with him and have fun, if he is interested he'll say something or ask you on a "date" or just kiss you when you're least expecting it. Don't try to MAKE him like you though. Big turn off.

I think that does mean he's interested. I suggest that you read up on the men's body language because that helps out a lot for sayyy if you go see a movie and you're not sure of how it's going. For example, when you two are sitting next to each other and his foot is faced towards you then it shows that he's into you. Seriously, body language is 90% of any conversation. Just keep hanging out with him. Then ask him to go on a date like to the movies or something, if he says yes that probably is a sign he's into you. After that call him and if he calls you regularly after that he's into you for sure. Just ask him.

I have a friend like that, but you never really know for sure. Try flirting with him, see what his reaction is, or call his name in a public place and see how fast he turns around. And if you like him, just ask him out and you'll find out.
