I am trying to find out if my ex-girlfriend is in a rebound relationship or if it is a serious one, just for personal reasons. We have been broken up for 2 months now and she already has another boyfriend, she had him not even a month after we broke up and she was talking to him before we broke up a little bit. She it seems like she broke up with me and then immediately was in another relationship again. We still talk a lot and I know she still has feelings for me and I want her back. I'm just trying to see if she is in a rebound relationship right now and when to make the move to get her back. Her new boyfriend just moved 5 states away and she just moved 6 hours away from me, so they are never together if that makes any sense haha.

You will never know because she will never tell you. How do you know that she still has feelings for you? Besides the point, her feelings for him are stronger than that to you. She was developing feelings for him while she was with you. You lost her interest.
Just be her friend, be her good friend, make sure that she knows that you are there for her and care about her. Try to make opportunities to spend what time with her you can, things will work out as they should. There is no sure way to find out if it is a rebound relationship unless you ask her directly.
