I have been interested in this guy for a little while now (about 2 months). We started seeing each other a little. He came over to my house after the first week or so and we had sex. Then things kind of cooled off. We still talked a little. He still checks me out every time I leave work or walk by. He speaks spanish and I speak english so we never really talked all that much anyway (however my spanish has gotten a lot better. I understand most of what people are saying and can get my point across to people even if I don't say things exactly right).
I live a long way from work and where he live. He also works 2 jobs, 7 days a week. He works mornings at one place and then goes to the place we work together at night to work.

So I was getting frustrated with him because he would check me out and say little things but we weren't going out. He would ask where I was going and check-up on me with the people I went with. It was cute but also annoying. So, I flat out told him (well I wrote it on a note because I wanted to make sure it was right and not misunderstood because of my language issue) what I wanted from him.

He didn't reply so I started ignoring him. I wouldn't even talk to him when he said something to me. It drove him crazy. He waited around for me to leave work so we could talk. He mentioned that he works a lot and that I live a long way away. He always seems so sad when we talk. He looks down at his feet and plays with his phone in his had.
So last night I decided that I was done. I wanted either a yes or no from him so I could move on. My friend went up to him and told him "Oh did you hear, Jessica is moving here at the end of the month" He said "Really!? Oh good, I can go home with her every night now".
So I guess that kind of answered one of my questions.

So later that same night my friend and I were talking and she told a third friend what the guy had said to her in spanish. The other friend looked at me like he was going to cry and said oh that is sooo sweet. I didn't really think it was that sweet but apparently the 1st friend didn't translate what he had said correctly. What he said was "Oh I am so glad. She lives so far now. Now I can go home with her and take care of her"
Wow that was sweet.

I am not sure how to react to this. I don't know what to do. I know what he meant. Does this mean that he wants to be with me or is there something else in this that I am missing? I don't want to misread these signs as something they aren't.

He probably couldn't read the note. Sounds like it is a possible romance. Since you have already been intimate, that may be all he is looking for, but maybe not. Why not just keep on with what you are doing and ride the ride. Just wear your safety belt along the way. Good luck.
