Maybe you could drive out to see her and suprise her. How over the top you wanna go depends on how much money, time, and effort you're willing to put into it.

Try sending flowers and a sweet card. Don't send roses, send something unique. Maybe Tulips or something. Play up the card a lot too. The give her a call later that night and tell her how much you miss her. That's about all you can do when she is in another state. (LOL)

Send him some flowers online with a sweet note. Save up some money and fly out there for a weekend and surprise her. You might wanna feel the waters if she is in town, or if you have a place to stay before doing this. Send her random things like pictures of yourself, articles that remind you of her. Simple but very powerful.
