So this guy and I have been off and on for years. I love him. I think he is scared of commitment. We always seem to break up over other people getting involved or his fears. We've only broke up a couple times. We've been broke up for over year now and I am in love with him. People have said he's mentioned my name more than once. I kinda think he's trying to get back in contact with me. I just don't want to break up again. How can I help him overcome his fear of commitment and not worry so much of what others think?.I know part of the reason he is so scared is that we are young. And although I can't wait forever he is the love of my life. I would spend the rest of my life with him. How do I get him back and keep him interested in me an help him with his commitment issues?
i'll answer this for you. Don't waste your time. He is not scared that's another lame excuse! he's just not directly telling you he's not that into you! I'm sorry to tell you but the breaking up on and off! guys would rather die then tell you the truth about how they're not that into you because they don't wanna listen to all that crying! so this is what you drop that so called scared of commitment loser and have fun dating around and someone will come to you that wants commitment. Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
Somewhere fun, like mini golfing, where you can talk and have fun. I'd probably wear something comfy, flip flops, a skirt, and a cute tank top. The date would probably end with a gain in knowledge about the other, a second date, and a kiss!
