From personal experience you find someone when you are not looking. Love will find you, you can't go out searching for it. It will happen trust me, if you're looking that means you're the one "rushin." Use your time traveling, getting an education, making friends. A lot of people our age get guy crazy and feel like they "should" have a boyfriend and just end up hurt.

Don't rush finding a boyfriend first of all. When you find someone you think you might like, get to know him better.
