Ok so me and this guy have been best friends since 6th grade and I liked him in 6th and 7th grade and I fell in love with him always thought I loved him like a brother. Anyways 8th grade we stopped talking and we have had several times where we were going to have sex but never did. Finally a couple weeks ago he started liking me but when I started liking him he started liking this other girl. He knows I like him but I don't now how to get him interested in me instead of the other girl. Help?
Update: FYI: I'm not in 8th grade I'm in 10th but I forgot to mention that lol sorry. Me and him just stopped talking for a while in 8th grade.

Update: OK so now he said he wants a relationship but he is confused about if he is picking me or rachel. If rachel picks him then most likely he will go to her but if she doesn't he is going to come running to me so I don't know how to handle this anymore. HELP!

You still need to be patient. This guy didn't make the world, and it will continue to spin, even if he chooses Rachel. You are too precious and wonderful to make yourself a target for him. If he can't see you for who you are, and how much of a blessing God has made you to be, to the right guy, then he isn't the one. Don't panic, pray, and let God work things out. They may not come out the way you think you want but, they will come out the best way for you.

When we are willing to listen to Him, He gives us the words of encouragement that a friend, or even an enemy, needs to become more open to His work, more intimate with Him and more open to themselves. Be patient. He may still like you. The problem is, experience and he may want to learn more about what is available before settling down. The good side of this is that, if you play games and managed to get him interested in you, you both will wonder if you settled for less than you could have had. If you let nature take its course, God being God in your life, there will be no regrets later, and no deceit and wasted investments now.
Well if you don' talk a lot then that might be a good way to start making him interested again. Talk to him a lot more, learn much about him, and hang out with him more.but don't try to take him away from the girl he has already, because you don't wanna be mean but if the girl gets mad tell her you were just trying to build a strong relationship and it was a success.
