talk to my newly long distance boyfriend about things. ?
ugh that sounds so stupid.
its just with our opposite schedules and with us living an hour away--we usually only see each other once a week.

we barely ever talk on the phone-- and sometimes we'll exchange a text here and there.but not everyday --and that's why I think he doesn't like me very much. I mean if he really liked me wouldn't he want to talk ? even if he sent me a quick text just to say hi I would be happy.

how can I talk to him about all of this; like if he's really happy with me. without sounding like I'm totally insecure about myself. and that I'd wish he'd text me on the days we don't see each other, even if it is just to say hi. ?
I feel so dumb that I can't figure this out.

Never feel dumb. It common what you're going true. I can say for myself its not easy to be far away. When I study I live 3 hours away from my special someone and the thing is you want to talk to them every day but sometimes you just don't have the time. As for text, maybe he just has to much in his mind. Just be sure to make the time you spend the most special you can. Its worth it even if its for an hour or two. I know. Believe me.

Oh,i know EXACTLY how you feel!
The only difference is the guy's not REALLY my boyfriend, but he is right now the only one there is.I think that there really isn't a way of popping up that question to him except for-directly.You know ,tell him you've gotta talk and then just say it-straight out that you don;t really feel that it's gonna work the way it is,because you feel not connected with him the way you're supposed to be.
I can see that you aren't at all satisfied with this relationship, but you keep believing that things will change if you say the problem out loud,So no doubts--JUST SAY IT,it won;t make you look stupid at all,but mature and ready to work out what you two have,If he doesn't get that or he's just denying it,well then---he's just the wrong guy to be with.

It's hard enough with you two separated,So if this relationship keeps leaving you unfulfilled and unhappy even after you discuss that issue--END IT!
