Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 1/2 weeks. He seems a little closed off and he hasn't kissed me yet. He's not that affectionate and I'm usually the one who initiates our hug and makes the first move. However, he holds my hand on the bus everyday and in the halls. When we're in the halls and his friends are around he chooses to walk with them instead of me even though he knows I'm either right behind him or in front of him. I am his first girlfriend so I don't think he really knows how to be a good boyfriend. Is there a way I can indirectly let him know that I want more affection on his side? How can I get him to open up more and make more of an effort to show me that he cares for me and how he feels about me?
Just remember you are his first girlfriend! He could just be waiting for the right moment to kiss you. It will happen in time. Encourage the little things he does. If he kisses you on the cheek.oh that was so sweet of you or return with a kiss on his cheek. He needs to feel comfortable. After about two or three months, if no kiss then I would ask. Take your time! The best kisses are the ones you wait for, don't rush anything in life!
