If anyone has seen Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind then you know what I'm talking about. But if you could would you erase someone? I wish I could how about any of you and why?
On one hand it would be very tempting, but on the other, the experiences we have are what make us who we are. I think that all the experiences I've had have helped me to better understand how the world works.
Awesome movie by the way, one of my favs! No, I would not. Because you learn some valuable lessons from those relationships. No matter how minor, whether you notice or not. You'll realize as time goes on and from relationship to relationship there after what you have learned from past relationships. You grow and mature and even if it still hurts years later, it doesn't mean you can't be happier elsewhere.
I wish I could erase more than one person out of my life. The people were so horrible that I wish God had put me somewhere else at the time I met them. However, God also put me there for a reason so I figure it made me a stronger person, no matter what BS I was put through. In the end, I still wish I could erase them and erase the one that is in my heart right now. You are not alone, it sucks and over time you will forget or at least not think about it too much. I had a boyfriend that six months after we broke up he broke into my house when I was on vacation and stole my car, tv, perfumes, purses, etc and I will never get any of that stuff back, but it happened for a reason, whatever the reason may be. Keep your head up girl ;0)
