So there was this girl I met at a youth group thing about 3 1/2 years ago. We lost contact every summer because we were young and shy around each other and it was just a crush to us both back then.
After we were both too old for the youth group, we lost contact and I thought it was for good. I still liked her a lot! It ended up that we saw each other at a County Fair and walked around laughing having fun and stuff all day. After that it was just under a year until we talked again. I found her on Myspace and we talked like crazy! Everyday after school she was my first convo.
I started to really like her again within about 2 weeks and that's when things got messed up. We were best friends for so long. Then I started to really fall for her last summer. My first love I put all I had into her and then ended up losing the amazing friendship we had. I'm still working to get it back but I don't know if it's ever gonna happen. Please. If anyone has any ideas or advice, this girl means more to me than almost anyone. I don't love her the same way or anything but I cherish our friendship so so much and don't wanna lose it.
Please, I need advice on what to do just to save a friendship that means the world to me.
Update: I forgot to add that when I fell in love with her, she was happily in a relationship, and I never actually had my chance because of it. Clearing it up: I never dated her, we were always just friends, but didn't think I was in the friendzone.

You want her back take a leap of faith and put everything you have plain and simple on the line for her. No games, no bull crap. Tell her exactly how you feel and why you feel that way. Ask her if she could forgive and think that you two could ever be friends again. It's simple really. Show her how much you care but realize that if she's done with romantics, then stay on the friendship only path. Do not get all "smooth guy" on her. Spill your heart from the perspective you think she needs to hear.
