I have a friend that I am very much in love with. He has told me he loves me too but things are a little complicated right now. We were together for my birthday last month and were watching movies in my bed. He was laying down and I was sitting next to him. At one point he grabbed my arm and pulled me down next to him and we just lay there cuddling for over three hours. I was laying my head on his chest and he had his hand up my shirt rubbing my bare back. He was also continuously running his fingers through my hair and kissing my head. A friend of mine told me that when guys actually feel something special for you that's when they cuddle. If they don't feel something for you then they aren't going to cuddle, its not in guys nature. Any insight about that?
Cuddling isn't something I do with my girl friends. Cuddling is reserved for a special girl; a girl I have strong feelings for. So in my opinion, he definitely has strong feelings for you, more than just friends. The forehead kisses are a little much for "just friends."
I'm not sure the "if they don't feel something for you they won't cuddle" is something I agree with but I do know that most guys I know (friends only) hate to cuddle. My father hates cuddling. This is a bit weird but even my male dog hates to cuddle/get close to my other female dog of the same breed. Though I realize some guys out there may love to cuddle, they are of the minority. So if your guy cuddles with you, I'd say heck yes, there's something there!
