Now I am more confused . It is about my ex with whom I have no contact past 8 weeks.

So I met my ex 4 weeks ago accidentally in the same coffee shop where he dumped me. he said "he doesn't have feelings for me". I generally go to this coffee shop once or twice a week. I like their coffee and salads and it is a very nice environment where one can work with great concentration.

So 4 weeks ago, I was discussing a project with another girl. Suddenly, my eyes met for a fraction of a second with a guy, who was staring at me, at the cash/coffee counter, who had his hood of the fleece shirt, on his head. I immediately recognized, it was my ex. Btw, he is someone, who doesn't like wearing hat during snow. Anyway, then, he never looked anywhere, got his coffee and left the shop. I posted this experience here a month ago and thanks for all those replies. I understood that he was feeling awkward and may be little bad too and hence behaved in that fashion.

Now last thursday I again saw him. This time I saw him on the other side of the road of the coffee shop. He was talking on the phone, with his back towards the coffee shop and was looking back often to see inside the coffee shop. It went on for a minute, and my time for next appointment was coming near so I got up and started to leave. He immediately put his phone in the pocket and left. I had a clear view of him, as I was inside the shop (dark to light situation). It was not evening time yet. BTW, he was dressed up in a nice jacket. I have a feeling he was not talking on the phone actually he was pretending. I just couldn't figure out, is he trying to talk to me? or he was going for a date and saw me and went to other side of the road and was trying to watch me? Any thoughts?

Update: I don't get it . he dumped me then why is he giving effort to show me what am I missing? Isn't that too mean ? already my heart is broken and I just recovered. And he knows all these. Any comment    5 months ago

Update: Also, it is the same day (thursday). He knows I go on thursdays often at that coffee shop as I have a 2 hour break between my job and class. And I met him or rather saw him on thursdays. I will be very upset if he is trying to show me what I am missing.    5 months ago

look he maybe just wanna see how you're doing?how u've been dealing and getting over with it,u know maybe wants to say he is sorry but gets cold feet, look stubbornness won't help ,no matter what he has done he deserves a good talking through this break up,just kindly ask him to join you for a coffee and try to show him your incompatibilities,if not ,do you still feel for him?no matter what in this world ,everything is forgivable until the guy or the women shows they have a penitent heart,I'm not spiteful, but I have seen like grudges and spiteful people who got a lot to get off their chest and stuffs, sometimes simplicity is a beautiful stereotype.

hello there,

You normally what I do to take revenge?
I go places where my ex goes ,But dressed up even better than what she liked ,and just looking fly and mac out,i personally sometimes just like her to see what she is missing like posting a half nude photo on facebook to let her see my improvement in bodybuilding and things,it doesn't necessarily mean he wants to talk to you,but if ur a freakish kind he might be scared of facing you for you may yell or shout at him or.or if you have someone with you be sure there is a lesser chance of having him dare to come near you ,cause he don't want to be humiliated front of others.

just think about it you will figure it out, keep showing there regularly on the same day and hour sometimes see if it was an accident or he is following ya.

Maybe he is spying on you? haha Honestly, I think you should just be brave and talk to him and ask him wtf basically. After that, just ignore him and show him you don't care. maybe he will stop going cause you were assertive enough to sort of stand your ground and mark your territory. Just talk to him first and see what he has to say.
