I've known this guy for six years, we met at school. We always had a thing for each other but Never went out. Recently I read my best friend diary, and she had an entry, about him. They were on the phone and were actually flirting saying they got feelings for each other and they love one another. I was totally shocked and I didn't know what to do, I wanted to cry. I forgave my best friend, but I just totally cut him off. Am I wrong?
Sometimes love happens in the strangest ways. You have known this guy for a long time and nothing has happened. So maybe this guy only thinks of you as a friend. He probably cares about you deeply but as a friend. If it is not meant to be no use in getting hurt over it.
Forgive and accept what has happened. Providing support and being a true friend is all you can do. You never know maybe something might happen later. Be optimistic, open minded maybe the guy for you is down the road waiting for you with open arms.
