I have always had trouble with guys.due to past trauma.anyway, I have this impulse to run away from relationships with guys EVERY TIME! Well I recently met a guy who I feel soo comfortable with and soo myself with, I don't want to run away I want to be with him (huge deal for me)! He has a girlfriend though. I know the girl he is with doesn't usually have lasting relationships. Sooo.should I just wait? or should I tell him how I feel now? Or forget about it? I have been alone for three years and it feels amazing to like a guy again, I really don't want to give up on this one!
If the girlfriend breaks her unlucky streak and doesn't part with him on her own, then it's NOT OK to step in and say something that might help to derail it. It should be the reverse. Only make your feelings known when there are sure signs it's already on the rocks. For example, they are giving each other space or are in one of those off and on things. Otherwise steer clear - or he could end up with some girl who hits on him while he's with you. If he leaves the first girl for you, how far can you ever trust him?
If she really doesn't have a history of long relationships, I'd say wait a while. Give it a little time to fizzle out on it's own. And if it doesn't happen and you still feel the same about him, you should sit him down and tell him. But I'm not sure how well that'll work. I had a similar situation, first guy that I really liked in a LONG time and he had a fiance. I could clearly see that they were not good together and not just because I liked him. But I took a chance and told him. Now things are awkward. Just be careful. Try waiting it out, because if they break up on their own then you won't be in the middle and the awkwardness doesn't have to sit there.
