I've recently became better friends with a guy I met at school he's had a rough year and I've been trying to keep him a from shutting himself out from everyone. As hard as I try to see him a different way I'm not attracted to him and would never want to be anything more than friends recently he told a few mutual friends that he really likes me and it's way awkward every time I see him, I've tried everything to give him hints that I'm not into him I don't hangout with him alone I've even brought guys along to hang out with us. I constantly screen his calls and broken plans and I've told him he's like a brother to me but he won't take a hint I don't know what to do because I don't want to hurt him it's not like I'm leading him on in anyway how do I let him down without hurting him?

Any way you do it will hurt him, but the best way is to tell him that since you got in the friend stage already, it can't be anything more. Just say that's how all women are.
