I recently tried to get a relationship started with a girl who kept turning me down no matter what I did. She told me I was a great guy but she was only attracted to assholes.
My question is how can girls stand to end up with people like them? I have my own opinions, but I'd love to hear everyone else's thoughts on the matter.
Update: She ended up hooking up with a jerk and lost her virginity to him and had sex another four times before she realized that he didn't care about her. She says she wants a caring guy now, I just wish her luck.

I want a guy that's dominant and in control. someone that I can call master, and be submissive to. Girls mistake socially deviant behavior for authority. because they are psychologically unhealthy and have net met a man who truly posssessed moral and spiritual authority in his life. It's a quality that society discourages, and a quality that few people have. I also have a theory that this is God's way of keeping the good men with the good girls. The bad girls that are beautiful on the outside, are too stuiped to appreciate or value the good guys. I met a guy who had really good morals, and he had been rejected by 300 girls becuase he stuttered when around pretty woman, and he was the most attractive man that I had met in my entire life.
Either very low self esteem or they are addicted to drama. See, nice guys are pretty much predictable. With a butthole, you don't know if you'll walk in and find him humping another woman or not. Some women love that variability.
Well let us see.Either she has low self-esteem and worries she isn't good enough to be with a great guy, she is a martyr and loves punishment and drama in her life, or she is a nurturer and only is attracted to men she thinks she can change into a better person. News flash.It doesn't happen. We are who we are. I was a girl like that (a nurturer) until I matured into a woman who is happy with myself and I realized I should find a person who I am mostly happy with and accept his short comings as men accept women for their imperfections. I have less drama and I am VERY happy with the non-asshole in my life. My suggestion to you is to move on and find a girl who is happy and drama free. If you don't than you might be a martyr yourself than you would have to do some self-examination. Good Luck!
The more rare something is, the higher it is valued. Since a jerk doesn't need you, they are logically more valuable. Lots of women also secretly feel that they aren't attractive and someone who agrees with them has some strange comfort. So bagging someone who isn't falling all over themselves to impress you is a more of victory than sleeping with the guy who is hopelessly devoted to you.
Other reasons: Jerks will ask you out Jerks will f*** you hard Jerks are more interested in fun than deep conversation Jerks are disposable and you don't worry about breaking their hearts if you use them for sex.
