I'm 25 and she's 21, we've been together for 1 1/2 years , I'm at the stage of getting school finished and currently going, and in pursuit of my career and settling down , she's more into having fun, not going to school but she's told me she wants to go, no job nor has even pursued having one for a year and half knowing her, She lives in Cali now and I live in Texas, We lived with each other off and on, I feel she's not on the same wavelength, and wish she would be more serious about pursuing goals at least get a part time job. I'm afraid of being the only support which I want is her to be independent and learn the value of money on her own then rely on her parents or me only. I know she wants to go to college but recently found out when she feels it's right for her. She takes care of her parents when she's at home , dad has diabetes, she's told me recently that she likes to stay in Cali b/c her family and friends live there. Any help would be appreciated.
Drop it so you can find what is out there for you! Get with someone with your level mentality. You won't find it right away but you won't find it by being with her!
