there is this guy that I like and basically everyone thinks he likes me too. my friends and I notice him staring and sometimes smiling and he treats me differently than other girls. it would be surprising if he didn't like me. he seems really shy/nervous so I tried to hint around that I liked him. either he didn't get the hint or isn't interested(which really doesn't make sense) the only thing that would be more obvious is telling him point blank that I like him. would you still be friends with a girl if she said she liked you, but you didn't feel the same way? I don't wanna creep him out, but I also want him to know for sure that I like him and that way I will also know for sure if he likes me.
How did you hint around that you like him? A lot of times we think it's a good hint but often the person on the receiving does not interpret it that way. I think it will be fine to tell him how you feel. I would still be friends with a girl even if I don't have romantic feelings toward her. How long have you guys been friends for?
I replied to this blog he had on his myspace. one of the things was what you wanted in the opposite sex and I basically described him. it wasnt on purpose, he just happens to meet what I want in a guy. then I complimented him on quite a few things. he replied with "thanks for your input." the next day he just stared and didn't talk. I would say that he likes you. A lot of the time people your age, are too shy and to unsure of how the other feels to just come out and say what they really feel. I personally went through months of this in highschool, and now looking back it was blatantly obvious we were into each other. I would suggest just taking this by the reins. One day when your talking tell him you want a slushi, or something dumb and ask him if he wants one, if he's into you he'll be like yeah, and go get em. Or ask him for help with anything, if a guy likes you he will definetly be willing to help you with anything. Godd luck hun:)
