Both. In a healthy relationship, both work together to develop, set and reach goals as one. When it comes to household authority, biblically and experientially, I would say that woman runs the household, and maintains relational health. Outside the household, the man exercises authority and maintains relational health. Ultimately they work together to make both spheres of influence work in a mutually beneficial, and healthy manner.
For me, it's both lol. We can boss each other around sometimes, depending on the situation. But mostly there's not really just one of us that's in charge or something :p
