Be the bigger person and tell him straight up that this is peeving you off. Then don't call him again.

After a few days he'll either start to sweat and call you, which means he's into you, or he won't, which means it's over anyways and there's nothing you can do about it.

How can he do that to you, I call my girlfriend and it takes her forever to call back, and it hurts because I feel like she doesn't like me if she can't even make time for a ten minute phone call! I think you should tell him how you feel, and if he can't understand that then dump him.

dump him first then on the grounds he never has time for you, if that's you what you'd really like; someone who would make time for you.

the not talking on the phone thing is a big deal. you need to talk to him about it before you make any decisions like dumping him. tell him its been bothering you.

if you really want to try if he cares or not ,
try to keep calling him in a certain everyday , like every 5 pm in the day.
if he say he will call you back , that's fine just wait , but dun call him back anymore in the day
just one call everyday
try it for 1 week and stop calling him on the 8 the day
see weather he feel lost while you didn't call him.
if he didn't call back after 2 days of waiting.
personally I think he doesn't care about you that much .
so you may be seriously think about your relationship with him !
