She is 14, and practically begs to come over and spend the night with us. I work super early in the morning, so when I go to bed. he comes and tucks me in and tells me goodnight. she freaks out. She texts him, telling him to come back into the living room. She calls him all of the time. I was sick last weekend, and my boyfriend told me he would stay home with me all weekend to take care of me. Instead he went to his parents house for 7 hours, then came back with his sister so she could spend the night. she missed him soo much apparently. I am always nice to her, and I try to bond with her, but all I get are negative vibes. She talks shit about my family to my boyfriend. This is very hurtful. My boyfriend and I have talked about getting married, and I want his sister and I to be on good terms. I don't know what to do. I'm stuck.
well heres my advice be glad its your future sis in law you having problems with and not your mother in law. thats alotworst. neways shes just afraid to lose her big bro to some one she feels she cant trust. also shes only 14. she dosent relize how her words are hurtful. your eforts to get on good terms with her probly wont happen until she matures alil more mentally.
shes gonna have to accept you and put up with you just the same way you do to her for the simple fact you both care about the same person.
