well, my question was going to be - does she know how you feel and you said she already does.
So I will ask, are you religious? It seems that apparently she is.
If you are religious, you can or will come to understand that her becoming a nun is God's calling for her. I know that you love her, but God has someone waiting for you that will love you just a much BACK.
You don't want a one sided love relationship with anyone. I don't know how to help you except to say that I'm sorry someone you love seems to being moving in a different direction away from a relationship with you. I do believe though that everything is for a reason. It might be for that special women who belongs only to you, loves you with all her heart and can't stand to do anything without you - will come along and change your life.

I was raised Catholic (and kinda follow it still), and I never understood the whole priest/nun celebacy deal. are they trying to encourage child rapists to become part of the church or what?

Well then become a priest and find a way to get her kicked out so that you can ask her out again.
