Lol, it depends on what you think is more important. I lost one of my best friends over a girl who wasn't right for me and I regret it, but we are good buddies again. So if you value your friendship more than this guy, then you should pick your best friend. If I could go back in time and choose my best friend over the girl, I would, besides friendship lasts longer.
Does she have good reasons for not liking him? And how much do you like this guy? If you don't like him all that much then it's not really worth ruining a friendship over. But if you do like him a lot then your friend should understand.
