You can't MAKE someone fall in love with you, but you can tilt the odds in your favor. Be nice, give her attention, listen too her, and be there for her when she needs you. If you become one of her closest and most caring friends then she will be much more likely to fall in love with you.

If you really like or love someone you should try and get to know them better and when you realize that's the person that you want to have a serious relationship with, you ask them out.
