How can I make someone fall in love with me?

You can't MAKE someone fall in love with you, but you can tilt the odds in your favor. Be nice, give her attention, listen too her, and be there for her when she needs you. If you become one of her closest and most caring friends then she will be much more likely to fall in love with you.

If you really like or love someone you should try and get to know them better and when you realize that's the person that you want to have a serious relationship with, you ask them out.

You can't 'make' somebody fall in love with you. I honestly can't believe you'd ask that kind of question. If she falls in love with you it will be naturally after you get to know each other and build a relationship.

Simple answer. Be yourself and be self-confident. Don't be afraid to put yourself out of your comfort zone sometimes.
