I'm sure some people meet their soul mates, or whatever, in high school and that's fine but in general I think high school dating is a bit annoying and awkward. (I'm still in high school). It's just we haven't had much experience yet and unless you really find someone special I think high school dating tends to be kind of stupid.

My grandparents met in the 6th grade, never broke up, and are still goin' strong today! They're extremely successful people, (doctor and lawyer. retired now obviously, but you get it) and I have yet to meet a happier couple!

But I answered "maybe for other people" because I'm in high school right now and I could never ever picture myself falling in love (or even being in a serious relationship for that matter) anytime soon. You have your entire life to search for someone, so why waste your young, fun years tied down to one person? Sounds boring to me! Haha. Especially since having to move far away from each other after high school ends is pretty much inevitable. And long distance relationships are a joke. Then again, my grandparents are a perfect example of the opposite of how I feel so. I suppose it really just depends on the people. I don't necessarily mock these high school love affairs. But for me personally? Heckkk no (haha.)

I'm in high school and I am in love. It all depends on the people, not the age. And hello! Man, I seriously just looked up at the name! I feel like an idiot. (I even thought that this sounded like you!)

That is my vote down there for A.

I'm not in a relationship but I'm kinda the weird insane unrequited love type that only believes in true love for themselves.

I'm all for the take a bullet for them if you truly love them like Inkweaver2 said if your really and truly in love then there's no time like the present.

Hey man, love is love. If you know that you're in love, then you're in love! There's no actual measurement or age or stage.

To be honest I seen a couple of those in my high school. They seem to last for pretty long they can be for two or three years, but then when people start going to university, that's when really stuff happens, people can't really keep going out together, cause they are either miles away or they are just too busy focusing on studies, or sometimes they meet a new person in uni that changes their life.

Never loved any girl as much as that first love. It was in highschool, it was full of firsts for the both of us. Both of our emotions were on that hormoanal high that comes with that age. No, it didn't work out, but that doesn't mean I would ever trade it for anything, she is married now, but I bet she would say the same thing about that time in her life. So I guess I say "Yay I'm all for it" and "Never works out". If that makes sense. I have never known a HS relationship to last, whether the couple get married or what have you. That doesn't mean you shouldnt love as hard as you can, whenever you can, for your whole life. Hell, anyone of us could die tomorrow. Live life while you have it. Hope that helps.
