lol that usually means one of three things.

ONE-he doesn't believe that you actually mean it because your actions speak a lot louder than your words.

or

TWO-he really wants it to be true and he wants you to prove that you mean it.

or

THREE-He possibly doesn't feel the same way but instead of making you feel like a dumb ass he just says no you don't.

I guess it really depends how he said "no you don't'.

It depends, how long have you two known each other?
Are you certain you love him? Do you show him that you do?

These could be issues because I do the same thing. I either say the same thing or I question it. Its not because I'm trying to be a total bitch but its because I want to know if he could back it up. And "everything about you" doesn't count for me, give me specific reasons. The word is over used, it hardly contains the meaning it once did. He's probably heard that too many times so show him. Be creative.
