His Ex Wife is a Bitch to him yet he wants her back.

I have just had the same exact thing happen to me. He still texts me since we broke up and tells me he knows he loves me and misses me alot, and his life is a big gamble with her because she is the one who divorced him and hurt him so bad... So, she has threatened him for 6 months straight to try and reconcile or she is taking him back to court for more $ and majority custody... She is a bitch! He is stuck.. trapped.. He has even told me this. He has told me and her because he has shown me e mails to her that he does not love her and he loves me. She has made his life hell and forced him to take her back and try... Who would want to be with someone who loves another woman?

Well, of course she wants him back...she noticed that another woman is involved with him! She got jealous and wants to prove to herself that she can win him back, she doesn't really want him...she just doesn't want him to have someone else!
Now, what should you do? Wel, I say tell him that you will give him some time to figure things out, but you don't know how much time you will wait. This way, you can look around at other options and if you want to act on them...you can.
He's really acting stupid, I doubt whether it will work again...it just feels good having two women wanting him.

You are not confused and you know what to do you just do not want to. I know that it is hard when you have fallen for someone. When I started reading what you wrote I thought that you were messing with my husband, because we are in the same situation sort of. I got married in August 30, 2008 this guy left me two weeks after we got married to go to another woman. Anyway, he calls a week later after leaving and ask me can he come back I said no. Now he is on two dating services and is spending the night with a different woman everynight. He calls me everyday telling me how much he loves me and that he wants his family back. That all the other b**** and Hoes that he is messing with means nothing to him and that he will leave them as soon as I say I will take him back. He said that he is only using them to get the things that he want and need. He said that if a man marry a woman he must love her and that no other woman will come before her. So, this guy is playing with you if he and his wife is not together and divorce there should be no communication unless they have kids together. Do not let this man hurt you no more than what he has already done. If he wants you bad enough he will cut his ex loose and focus on you and him.
