I've ran into my ex a couple of times. He asks me questions, and then reverts to the past. For example, he'll be asking what year I am in college, and I'll say I'm a sophomore, and he'll say "that's when I met you in high school!" or ill laugh and he'll say "its been so long since I heard that laugh." or he be like oh I saw __ and __, remember we hung out with them at that concert? Does him bringing up the past mean he's still in love with me? We been broken up for 8 months.
I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of being in love, but I'd say he misses your company. Ask him to hang out somewhere, that will be casual enough that it doesn't have to be viewed as a date, and you could still catch up with him and everything.
Possibly. I bring up lots of memories with my ex.. we still laugh together I miss him in a way but I know he doesn't miss me back so In my head I'm kinda saying yeah f*** you lol! But he could. It wouldn't hurt to ask him if you're really curious.
