o me and my boyfriend have been going out for 8 weeks now. When I'm with him he treats me great and kisses me all the time and he says he loves me but I feel like our communications just not there. He's VERY quiet and shy so when I'm around him I become the same but I wish it would change. When we hang out I run out of things to say but luckily were not very awkward. And he doesn't call me but he texts me enough to make me feel happy.
So I need help on how to open up and improve our communication because I don't know what to do.
Just be yourself and open up to him. Tell him that you feel like you two aren't open enough with each other and that you've been going out long enough that you should be able to talk freely with one another or the relationship won't last very long. Without good communication, relationships tend to stop working and hit a wall. Has happened to me before and it doesn't feel good to know you could have changed but neither person said anything about trying so now you are left single and heart broken. Don't let that happen, just say something and be direct, he should respond positively if he cares about you.
