How should I show my guy friend that I like him more than a friend? I mean, we're not like CLOSE friends - but we talk casually, etc. But, how should I let him see me as more "girlfriend" material? If you wanna give the girlfriend material image, subtle moves like winks, gestures with eyebrows, a piercing look, biting the lip are much more sensual and sexual than touching, brazing or kissing. Touch feely might strike as slutty at first and that wouldn't be a very good first impression, as a girlfriend material that is.
Don't talk about other girls with him, touch him in a spot that you wouldn't touch a friend(no, not that part).
Another tip would be, ask one of your girlfriends to go and ask him about you. That will only give you a good answer but will make him realize that you talk to your girlfriend about him, which means he can be more than a friend.
Be flirty, get sexy - wear something hot and start giving him the winks, touch his legs, shoulder, etc. and when the timing is right, give him a little kiss. Then look at his face and read it. If he feels the same way, you'll be able to tell. If he doesn't, laugh it off and stick to your friendship!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I usually try to use humor to break the ice (no not stupid jokes or creepy sexual innuendos) I'll usually ask her a question about a class (if she is in one of my classes) or about something else. I might also comment on her clothing or smile, or something.
Once after that I'll tell her my name, and get a conversation, I'll usually tease her a little to ease any tension

Well, it's worked 2 times and I've used it 2 times.. so 100% so far!
In one case there was girl in my class and she worked at the bookstore. I asked her if she liked the class and she said she didn't know. So I teased her about not knowing her own opinion, (nothing mean, just light humor) after that we got talking and I ended up getting her number.
