i've been seeing this boy for about 5 months now and about 3 months before we got together he broke up with his girlfriend of 2 years. at first I kept thinking he was comparing me to her, he never said anything or spoke about her but I was still worried. she was gorgeous and a really nice person, is there any chance he could be over her? after all that time it's natural for someone to miss the isn't it?

It is possibly for him to get over her in three months. Now, even if he still isn't over her, he may not know it himself. If he doesn't talk to her anymore and she doesn't try talking to him, he will most likely get over her. If he doesn't talk about her it could be a sign that he isn't over her, but so could be talking about her. It could go either way depending on the person that he is.

Right now, all you should do is try not to stress it, because things always work out for the best whether it seems that way or not. It always works out in the end.

It takes about half the time you've been with someone to get over them completely. That's not always true obviously but I think it this case he's probably still not totally over her. He's with you now and that is all that matters.
