What can I do to make everything go back to normal?

My boyfriend told me at the start of April he wants a break because I told him I want to get married by the time I'm 25 I will be 24 this year and he will be 22. he told me he needs time to think and the he cares about me and does not want to break up with me. A few days later he calls me to see him. He wants to kiss like nothing happened. Then told me he came to get some things he asked me to print off my computer. When he came to get it at the door he pull me out of my house inking and kissed me like nothing happened. I asked him are you mad at me .... he told me no and was happy to see me like never before. I wrote him a letter telling him how I felt that I agree with him that we are too young to be thinking about marriage. I also said that I love him to death and also agree that we need at least 2 more years before marriage. He has not called me back since the letter. What do I say or do not to make him see that I did not back down just to please him and that I want what he wants. What can I do to make everything go back to normal? I feel so alone and stressed like I have no boyfriend.

Why is this number important to you? It should be the person that matters. One of my cousins felt this rush to get married by a certain age and now she is divorced. If he isn't ready, why would you want to marry him???? Just to meet an artificial deadline?
