Okay, so I have been dating my boyfriend for about two and a half years now and last year I started a new job. I knew that one of the guys I work with had a thing for me, but we started becoming better friends and I was afraid that he would make a move. So I haven't been returning his calls, but he still calls me at least once a day. He knows that I have a boyfriend so why is he still trying to pursue me? Advice please!

Guys always think that they are better than the boyfriend and that they can get you to leave him. Trust me. I've been there and done that. Successfully a few times so you have to stand your ground and just think about your boyfriend. It's easy to put doubts in the girls mind about her relationship especially since every relationship has issues. Just make sure he knows you're taken and if you're not worried about falling for this guy then you don't have to block him out completely if you enjoy his company and conversation. If you can keep things at a friendly situation with him and nothing more than you'll be ok but you have to let him know that you're not interested or he will keep trying. Mind you, telling him this might make him not want to take to you anymore though.

Tell him to back of because you have a boy friend. He is doing it cause he thinks stands a chance even though you are off the market so you have to tell him that what he is doing is making you feel uncomfortable and to stop.

He thinks you are playing hard to get. The truth is that I've been told by many women that they have a boyfriend only to find out later that this was false. He most likely believes that you are playing games and he's trying to play them back. Hit me up for more advice, Kyle
