Okay I'll make this short and simple. I was dating a girl for about a month and everything seem to be going fine. We had so much chemistry that we mutually decided that we should be exclusive and only date each other (in fact she brought up about being exclusive). So this past Valentine's Day I had plans with her, well so I thought. Prior to leading up to Valentine's Day everything seemed normal and she (according to her) was excitied to see me. So Valentine's Day rolls around I find out that my plans with her are cancelled because she was not feeling that great. In fact that is the last thing she said to me or told me and since then I haven't heard from her. I even reach out to her yesterday to see if she was okay and no response. It's very odd and confusing especially when I have a 110% certain that I didn't say or do anything to would of turned her off. Seriously everything seemed normal up until Valentine's Day. Basically, I'm trying to wrap my head around this one so any idea would be greatly appeciate especially from any women. I mean why would someone who appears to be very into you all of a sudden, in a blink of an eye appear to not want anything to do with you, especially when you didn't do anything to warrant such a reaction.

She wasn't feeling well? And then you just took that as a cancellation? Wow. Bad move. Did you not send flowers? Go over there and care for her? Offer to change plans to suit her? V-day is important in a new relationship. Don't let her get away. She likes you. You like her. Now stop fretting and be a caring and kind man to her. She wants nurturing and support. She pulled away probably because she was afraid... Have you told her you love her?

Obviously something has happened, but it doesn't have to have involved you. Is she having problems at home or being bullied? You might be very surprised at what the reason turns out to be...The only way to know is to get her to talk and to do that you need to take yourself out of the scenario and think about her, what has happen in her world. Be a friend, expect nothing in return, just show her you are concerned about her...

Just throwing this out there: Did you know that when girls are close to their period or are on it they get more emotional and feel more love and attraction to their partner? Maybe that is what happened to her when she said she'd go exclusive with you and now that her hormones are in check she no longer wants to be. There is also the possibility that she feels overwhelmed with the current status of your relationship. Maybe she's not used to be in such a relationship and is scared she might do something to mess up and therefore decides to avoid you instead. I think you should send her one final message telling her that you need to talk. Ask her what is up when you guys meet up and let her know how you feel about her. Also, if you are willing to remove the exclusivity status from the relationship let her know because maybe she feels pressured. The best person to answer all your questions is her.

Do you have a contact number for any of friends? Maybe just ask them if she's OK since you're concerned. After doing this I think you should leave her alone for a bit, let her contact you when she's ready. There's really nothing you can do now... Is there any possibility that you could run into her on purpose somewhere?

I wish it was just as simple as you stated. Just so you understand she was the one that brought up the exclusivity and she brought it up by asking me if I was seeing other women and I told her no and from there we talked about just dating each other. As for speaking to her I did call her and again just got her voice mail. I left her a message explaining my concern for her because she's been MIA and that I am confused as to why she stopped talking to me.

that is weird. she could have changed her mind but that is immature to just drop a boyfriend .maybe she is sick? try again but I wouldn't count on her.

Well I am technically not her boyfriend so to speak. We just decided to just date each other to see where it was going and it looked like it was going great. I did try her a few times still no response. Seriously it's really bizzare and I really have no idea what happened.

Is this the first RED FLAG you've noticed up to this point? Any past broken dates/ plans?

Is there a minimum number of previous long-term relationships needed before marriage?
Anonymous User asked 22 hours ago

At least 1, you'd shouldn't dedicate your life to the first person you meet

At least 2, you know you won't settle for just anyone

3 or more, to figure out what you like and what you don't

There is no magic number, but you should experience a breakup before marriage

No, if the partner is everything you've imagined as the perfect one, then go for it!
