Male birthday gift ideas?

A female is much harder to shop for than a male, despite popular opinions. I say this, because I'm trying to figure out what to get my girlfriend for her birthday and it's driving me crazy. I know she'll analyze what it means so I have to get her something special but not too special or she'll start hearing wedding bells.

Anyway, your question - male birthday gift ideas for your boyfriend (who is, I see, a male) lol

I agree with the gadget gift ideas - iPhone, iPod accessories and all that. But, given you need something inexpensive, hmm. Earphones for his iPod? Those are pretty cheap. Even sneak on his computer and make up a Playlist for him with songs that remind him of you. Then list the songs in a card with notes about when you first heard them or something. Maybe include pictures of that day (if you have them).

A birthday gift that I really liked was a Movado watch. On the other end of the price spectrum, one of my ex-girlfriends was a college student when we were going out. Strapped for cash, she just rented a few movies, bought some popcorn and candy and we had a movie marathon. Between each "intermission" as we called it, she gave me a little show of a different genre. That was one of the best birthdays of my life!

The best things are usually free if you know what I mean( along the lines of what nightsinger said on here) Go to the mall or somewhere with gadgets and try to find something cool and neat and inexpensive like sharper image sometime has really cool stuff under $50. Give him the gift, then maybe take him out for dinner, and after for dessert show him the nursing outfit ;) sounds like a great birthday to me

if you have a container store near you.. there's a bunch of cool.. cheap.. useless stuff.. like things you see on tv guide commercials and ur like coool I want that.. but you would never order it off the tv? like a pen who erases scratches off cds.. and vaccums and brushes you can just plug into ur usb to clean ur comp. etc.
