Should I get her something for V-Day

I know it's past V-Day but this question depends.
What I mean is,is if you really like her as more than just a friend,
Then you should.
If not then honestly you probably shouldn't. If she asked you to her prom then she obviously wants more than a friendship. But don't lead her on. Don't by her a gift if you don truly have feelings for her.

I think if you ARE interested, you should get her something, but really, because you aren't actually dating, I think just a token something to say you thought of her is best. I think making to big a deal of it would be awkward, especially if you are going to give it to her at work! I think one rose or a little box of good quality chocolates is best. Something simple and classy.
If you AREN'T interested in her, try something that gives more of a friends vibe like a card or candies of some sort. It seems less serious and a bit more along the lines of valentine's day in elementary school when everyone made cards for classmates without it meaning anything romantic.

Yeah, you should probably get her something. Don't go out of your way though, because she might not give you much. Still, just to be nice, I'd give her something like roses or chocolates. Something small. And not too meaningful (because you're not going out). And seriously don't give her anything stuffed (not stuffed hearts or teddy bears. No).
