I am fairly big as far a muscles go, I am over 180 and wrestle, I want to move up a class in weight, but don't want to have so much where I am unattractive, how much is too much?
If you can't scratch your own back, you probably have too much muscle. :)
Jackie Chan has a good build. I've been back at the gym and that's my goal look. Or like any of the guys from the movie 300. All I need is a red cape now.
