I recommend reading the "Natural Cures" book you can really learn some useful things in there that will shock the way you think and eat. Also try to drink two liters of bottle water that does not contain any fluoride. Try to walk for an hour a day. The easiest thing you can do is go to sleep around 9-10 o'clock your body gets the most rest between 9-12 that's when it "heals" it self I won't really go into detail but that's when the moon starts to rotate and you body heals it self.
Coffee, no cream, no sugar, just black coffee. Trust me, it works. I read about it in Muscle and Fitness magazine and now I am seeing the results firsthand.
Vitamin B (B-150 is the most powerfull get that.) They claim green tea helps I have yet to research this? It is an antioxident which is good for you though anyhow.
Cat's Claw is a very good one. It helps turn the bad fats you eat into good fat's that you're body will burn, it's also good for your immune system.
Items that somewhat produce a laxitive effect herbally aren't always too bad. Although I'm not saying become a laxative freak. I'm saying, Fiber is a big thing. Eat fiber bars. Not too many maybe two per day. And work your way from there. Too much fiber is just as bad as not enough. Fiber helps your body maintain it's wait also it also helps prevent cancer and many other things. A bar I reccommend. Fiber one bars taste great and aren't too expensive you can get them a number of places, big lots, walgreens etc.
This in combo with a proper diet meaning lay off the mcyd's, burger king etc. Should help. Fish is high in protein although very low in fats. This helps as well. And fish tastes great depending on how it's prepared, and what type it is.
Infact I think I might go get some myself tonight now. LOL
Lastly exercise. Don't be a couch potato get out of the house go for a walk at least once to twice a day. Don't just sit around and mope. If you do these things over time you should see some decrese in body fat. Swimming is also great for you. It's good it's fun, and you don't work up the horrible sweat like other sports although you can truly wear yourself out. Although you don't build the body builder type of muscle which to a girl I know is every girls fear is looking manly. Peace and take care.
Also, I hear antioxidants help boost the metabolism, which leads to a higher Resting Metabolic rate, which LEADS TO (Yet again) calorie burning. Acai berries, strawberries and those crazy vitamin water things can do that. Just get the ten calories ones, or else... Well you'll be gaining more calories then the antioxidants would burn.
Stuff like that is no substitute for general good diet and exercise, though.
This has pretty much said all. Exercise also keeps you fit, and leads to an overall better lifestyle. Even in non-physical situations, you'll feel better. - 4 months ago
Eating chilli burns calories. It also helps fight cancer. Chilli also increases your metabolism, but make sure you watch what else you eat as eating chilli will hinder the senses that tells you that you're full. Grapes, apples, and oranges help me digest food quickly, and therefore it means that it also increases metabolism. Carrots are also very good, both good for skin and good for diet.
When people say celery they are talking about negative calorie foods. Any food that takes more calories to burn then the calories in the actual food are good for you. Apples are also negative calorie foods along with many others. You can search them on the net. As far as a supplement try CLA. It is natural, helps to burn body fat WITH diet and exercise and is actually good for you. Also L-Cariatine is a nautral good-for-you supplement that can aide in weight loss. Fish oil or any Omega 3 fatty acids are good for your hair skin and help aide in weight loss since it contains GOOD fats which we don't get enough of daily and can cause us to gain weight. I take a CLA, L-Cariatine and a Fish Oil pill everyday, exercise and eat decently. I have lost many pounds but I have lost inches. Over about 6 months I went down two sizes. Mind you I don't diet really strictly but I do count calories and exercise at least 4 days a week. Hope this helps!
i drink green tea every day, I eat salads, I have small portions. i took hydroxycut but it's really bad for you. it affects your heart. I took like a quarter of the bottle and then couldn't take it anymore i prefer to just eat vegetables and fruits drink lots of water
White vinegar. Drink a tablespoon of it every day, or before eating, if you can handle it. The acid is what does the trick, just like lemons. That's what citrus fruits (especially lemons) are great for breaking down fat. Obviously not in large amounts, but every little bit helps. Erm...spicy foods really help. They raise our body temperature, which makes our bodies work to cool down. It makes us sweat, which we all know is good for us. But of course...all of these things are just foods and will not work without the aid of good ol' exercise.
