I have a pair of light tan Ugg boots that I wear with skinny jeans. What do you think of them? With miniskirts? With short-shorts? Do you think they are only appropriate for winter? Out of place in summer? Would you date a girl with UGGs?
Update: * What about wearing them only outdoors in the fall?

it might be stupid in the states, but I live in london and I'm a model and I rock mine whenevr I'm walking a lot and most my friens do. they're really not a big deal here and I hang with a lot of "fashionistas". maybe things such as shoes are really damn important in the states but in london people really own't judge you or make fun out of you for your choice in shoes or any other clothing for that matter. and where I'm from I've never heard a guy even make a comment about them, positive or negative. in short: I don't really care. got better things to "hate" or "love".
Please. Put them back in the closet. I'd rather see a girl in flip flops and sexy toes. When a girl looks really comfortable, it's SUPER sexy. - A month ago

I am really comfortable thanks very much. and I refuse to dress to please a guy or a girl. I'm not there so you can find me sexy. if you have a problem with what I wear, that's fine dude, you just keep checking a girl that you find hot. - A month ago
I'm still convinced that Ugg boots are the product of a bet between two fashion designers, One of which claimed that he could sell a product regardless of how ugly and impractical it is.
The other fashion designer gladly accepted the challenge and presented his colleague with a Ugg boots, telling him that if he could turn these into a popular fashion item, he would win the challenge.
Lol, they're just haters. Hating is such a waste of time haters. You see it after every answer here-people who like UGGs get lots of votes down, the people who hate UGGs get lots of up votes because haters love other haters. - A month ago

idk why these girls are going crazy on you for wearing them i mean their alright its def not a fashion statement but they are comfortable and idk why you would wear them in the summer or with a skirt i think they should just be worn with skinny jeans and yes I would date a girl who rocks uggs
They're really comfortable and I still think they're cute *don't throw rocks*, but they are over. Their heyday was 2005/2006 but there are much more recent trends that look good.
Please for the love of all that is sacred, do not wear them with mini skirts or shorts. Wear them in winter only. They are cold weather shoes. That's like wearing rain boots when it's 80 degrees and sunny out.
I bought a pair last year because I was too weak to resist the trend. I'm actually kind of upset that I paid so much money for them now. They're good for keeping feet warm, and they feel really soft and comfy when you wear them, but they're UGGLY! They're hideous! They look deformed and ridiculous especially when they're wet, and once they get white stains from the snow, good luck getting them to look clean again. I won't be wearing my UGGs this year.
But to answer your question, I wore mine with skinny jeans and sometimes tights. I throw up inside my mouth when I see girls wearing them with short skirts or shorts. It's completely contradictory. You're so warm that you wear short shorts but so cold that you wear UGGs... it's like wearing socks wih sandals.
You're not the only person who bought them because everyone else had them. when I was in high school, no joke, 8 out of 11 girls in my spanish class were wearing them. UGG zombies. - A month ago
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee them! I would own every single pair of UGGs that came out if I could afford them lol. Over jeans and leggings are best but they look hot with skirt or shorts and bare legs too. Although I would never wear that just because if it's hot then I wouldn't wear UGGs. I think they look really nice and you should wear them anytime it's not hot-so in England you can get away with wearing them even in summer lol. And guys where I live don't have a problem with them.
LOL at the girl who said they are UGG-ly. that is EXACTLY what I have always said when I see them in public. the name UGGS is very fitting apparently hahahaha.
don't wear uggs in public ever. they always were and always will be gross looking. if you wanna wear them in the winter to walk around inside your own house with your PJs and hot cocoa, ok. but I never understood why they became a fad in the first place and I definitely don't understand why people are still wearing them like 5 years later.
Well I personally don't like them, and they are only really appropriat for fall as the get soaked and deformed and dirty in the snow. UGGs are kind of like Crocs, ugly but for some freaky reason they're popular.
they're hideous, you're wearing dead, inside-out sheep that make your feet look like shapeless clubs. I think people who wear them are tools and I have less respect for people who wear them than for people who don't. I know what I say is not popular with young girls, but that's how I feel. UGGs are crimes; I wouldn't go so far as to say that people who wear them should have their legs severed at the knees, but I almost feel that strongly about them. and no I don't expect you to give a crap about whether or not I respect you, you're gonna go on wearing them no matter what because you think they're so damn cute. i'm prepared to get a lot of down arrows for the spiel but I'm alright with that.
It's especially stupid when you wear them with skimpy clothes, what's the point of wearing short skirts and having your feet sweating inside those things? they also make no sense in the winter because they reek when they get wet in the snow. - A month ago
