Youre not ugly in your picture. Its just the self-consciousness about your weight probably. To most, its not attractive. That's it. It doesn't make you ugly. When I think ugly I think a human being who strongly resembles a cold blooded creature. Even then, ugly people shouldnt be judged based on that alone. Doesn't stop people from doing it though. If I had to take a guess, I'd say it's because you're fat. You would have a nice face, and obviously a nice body, if you lost weight. I can't really say anything about your personality, for obvious reasons.
