Do guys like sporty girls?

Definitely. Athletic = hot.

It's all about preference.

some guys like girls who could kick their butt at any sport, outrun them, and have more energy during the day.

some guys like dainty girls who wouldn't think twice about playing a sport. and the guys hate the thought of a wild amazon-like women tackling a rugby player

and then most guys are in a happy medium who like girls that have a bit of competition in them, and have an athletic body as a result.

Honestly, a well shaped personality is what the "keeper" guys are looking for.

I like sporty girls as long as they don't think they're super tough and can beat up guys. That's not appealing to guys. Girls that play sports are usually in shape, which is awesome.

Yes but not as much as being a cheerleader. lol But those sports do keep girls in good shape as compared to being in choir, band, etc.

I'm more into seeing a woman on woman, mud-wrestling type of sport.

I know my boyfriend and his guy friends are all into sporty girls. Its probably because its a mix of their two favorite things, girls and sports :) Although, it depends on the guy, there are probably a lot of guys that like a girly girls as well.

I think that a guy would love any girl that's into sports. I know exactly what you are talking about! I am a long distant runner plus I play badminton, track and tons of other stuff. And I use to think because I am into sports - guys will not see me as a "girl" type material. But, that point went through eventually. Because as much as I know there might be some guys who don't like sporty chicks - there are a lot more loving them. So, don't worry. I think guys are attracted to sporty girls because it shows that they take care of themselves, have a passion for something and are confident. And which guy wouldn't want their girl to be a sports lover- because we all know guys love sports. So, Don't worry, you are on fine lines here.
