Ok, so I love tattoos on guys (sleeves are so hot it's ridiculous), and I was wondering if guys felt the same way (about girls ;D.
I have some already and plan on having quite a few, but I never plan on looking like a biker chick. My tattoos are all spiritual and they are very important to me. They usually look like someone inked a symbol onto me, because (as I said) they're spiritual.
So, my question: do guys like girls with tattoos and is bad if they have a lot? Is it a determining factor in their opinion of a girl?
For me, it is a turn off to have large and many tattoos. Women are so beautiful as they are. Adding marks all over doesn't help. I don't think I'll ever get what that's about, no matter what message they may contain. Keep in mind that I'm very "old school". But the women I'm attracted to are young. If a girl has tattoos, it makes me wonder (in the short moments before I stop looking), what she was thinking?

Besides other things, I'm a camera bug and take pics of people I know - and some I have barely met. The ones I pick out myself won't have very visible tats. The interesting part is that when selecting the best shots afterward, I have more than once heard, "I like this one shot best - except my tattoo shows. Can you edit that out?" yes! yes! yes! I have sleeves, and it is a huge turn on. There's just something so great about a woman that has a heavy amount of tattoo work. The difference between biker chicks and girls with lots of tatoos is the biker girls get shitty work done by jailhouse artists! be smart about it. go to a professional who does good work. ask to see a photo album. of his work. (all the good ones will have one) make sure you plan out the whole arm. With tattoos it's all or nothing. Wow, tats can go both ways. One to many can make you look really bad and kind of like trash. But a few can make a guy super hot/in love with you. On the small of your back is really really nice and well back and shoulders as long as they are pretty small are always good ones. Really small ones one your tummie are good as well.
Depends on the guy. I am not a guy and even if I said - some are okay and too many are not - it wouldn't really matter because in all you are looking for a "guy" opinion. There are some guys who love tattoos and then there are those who dont. Your best bet is, get your tattoo ONLY if you want and not for anyone else. You knw?
I totally think it;s personal preference ya know. some guys like girls with sleeves and crazy(yet awesome) tattoos everywhere( IE Kat Von Dee) Some guys like girls with just one - three tattoos(ie one ankle or one on upper back) But Some guys don't like tattoos at all
