Human hair (all human hair) grows at a rate of approximately 1cm a month. If you want to try and grow out your hair then try some olive oil on your hair, it promotes hair growth.

I think it depends who gave you the haircut. I once got it cut at a cheap place it grew 4 inches in 3 yrs. When I cut it with this woman she handles it with care and my hair grew faster.

hair usually grows 1/2 inch a month. I think if you are in the sun your hair grows faster.

Hair usually grows at a rate of about a centimeter per month. Any faster than that and you're lucky.
