If the guy is skinny like scrawny skinny then the chances are pretty low, but if he's just lanky that's fine, so long as he's got a personality to back it up. Better skinny than fat because then he will eventually gain some weight but if they are fat then if the girl finds this unpleasant must figure out a way to force him to exercise.

For me, not usually. The only way I'll even really consider giving a really skinny, slinky guy a chance is if he is aggressive enough for my taste. I have been in that situation, I'm actually in it right now.

Yes! For every type of guy, there is a girl. Some girls may not like them, while others LOVE them. In fact, I know girls who describe their type of guy as a someone "skinny", and I even know a girl who adores "chicken legs". So don't worry about it.
