I have long curly red hair with lots of natural blond highlights. Should I dye it all blond permanently?

I have used semi permanent blond but it doesn't dye my hair at all! Everyone loves my hair but I'm just so sick of it, I want to make it blond permanently!Should I keep trying different types of semi permanent or just dye it all blond permanently?!
