Id like some peoples opinions on this because its hard for me to tell myself. The reason I've basically asked is because I've always hated my lips (big horrible things!) and I read something yesterday that said higher levels of estrogen in guys lead to feminine like facial features including thicker lips, a youthful appearance and lack of facial hair.
The amount of people I've had tell me that I look about 19 is amazing and kind of annoying because I turned 23 like 2 weeks ago and I find growing any kind of beard absolutely impossible. Also whenever a woman cuts my hair they always remark on it. I once had one say "you have really nice hair, just like a girls."

I'd say no, you don't look particularly feminine to me. Yes your lips are long (not that thick though) but your chin and nose are pretty masculine. You have a very noticeable adam's apple.
And having soft hair isn't girly, just lucky (or you take good care of it).
If you wanna look older, try a different hair style and clothing. I think those are the big things that make you look young. Lifting weights might help you out too.
If you have other signs of hormonal issues (e.g., difficulty with erections) then see a doctor, but I don't see it from looking at you.
Also, a guy's looks really don't matter as much as lots of you think. Your money is far more important. (J/K!)
Regarding getting a different haircut, could you tell me from the picture what face shape you think I have because I know its suppossed to affect what haircuts look good on you.
no, I don't think you look feminine at all. I think what your hair stylist was saying is just that you have nice hair like you take care of it, since most girls take care of their hair obsessively. you do look young, but not girly. you'll probably start to realize the benefits of looking young later in life when everyone else is getting wrinkles and such. :)
I don't really think you look feminie, just really yonung. I don't look at you and go "that's definitely a girl." There are some parts about you that are more feminine than most men, but not to the point of extremity.
